These terms cover the FUTZIP app and the futzip.com website. Using either means accepting them. They are short because there is not much to agree to: the app is free, it asks for almost nothing, and the only part that needs real rules is what people post in it.

FUTZIP is an unofficial companion for EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team: player data, market prices, SBC solutions, Evolutions and a squad builder. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC, FUT and Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc., used here only to say what the app is for.
FUTZIP can open EA’s own sign-in inside the app to read your club, and it does so only when you start a read. Your EA password goes to EA, never to FUTZIP, and what is read is kept with the rest of My club: on your device, and in your FUTZIP account only if you have one and sync it. A read is a sync, so what your EA account holds replaces My club — including any cards you had typed in yourself. FUTZIP never acts on your club: it does not buy, sell, bid, list or move anything for you, and it is not a way to obtain coins. EA’s terms do not cover third-party tools; whether to read your club through FUTZIP is your call.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own, for as long as these terms are kept. You may not resell it, redistribute it, decompile it, or use it to build a competing dataset by automated scraping.
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password to yourself — anyone who has it can reach whatever is synced to the account. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Menu → Your account → Delete account), which removes it and everything synced to it permanently. We may close an account that is used to break the rules in §4.
Five things you can post are visible to other people: a review you write on a card, a reply under someone else’s review, the name of a squad you publish, a Weekend League result, and the name you sign any of them with. Everything one device has posted can also be opened together on a page of its own. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
A Weekend League result is a figure you type in and nothing verifies it. Posting one you know to be false, or using it to mislead or advertise, breaks these terms in the same way a false review does.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post anything offensive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexual, violent, illegal, deceptive or discriminatory; do not target any person; do not post spam, advertising, links or contact details; do not impersonate anyone.
Posts are screened for offensive wording and for links before they are published. Every post carries a Report control, and you can block a contributor so nothing they post is ever shown to you again. We read every report within 24 hours, delete content that breaks these rules, and bar the device or account that posted it from posting again. You can also write to support@futzip.com.
By posting you grant us a licence to display, store and remove that post inside FUTZIP. You keep whatever rights you had in it; we do not use it anywhere else.
Prices, ratings, SBC costs and Evolution costs are observations and calculations, published in good faith and with their own limits stated on screen. They are information, not advice, and the in-game market moves on its own. Nothing in FUTZIP is a promise about what a card will be worth, and decisions you make with it are yours.
FUTZIP is provided as it is, without warranty. Upstream sources go down, EA changes things, and a feature may be withdrawn. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
FUTZIP is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent’s permission.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change that adds an obligation will be described here before it takes effect.
