Pubill vs Marcel Desailly in EA FC 27: which card is better?
Pubill vs Marcel Desailly: stats, PlayStyles, roles and live prices of both EA FC 27 cards side by side.
Verdict
Pubill, the 89-rated Future Stars CB from Atlético de Madrid, meets Marcel Desailly, the 89-rated Base Icon from France. Both play CB and share the same Defender role, so this comes down to how each one defends rather than a gap in overall rating.
Pubill is quicker and taller: PAC 83 against 82, 191 cm against 185 cm, with jumping 93 and heading accuracy 90 plus Anticipate as a PlayStyle+. Desailly is the stronger body: PHY 89 against 87, strength 92 and aggression 91, with Bruiser at PlayStyle+ and Slide Tackle that Pubill lacks. Desailly also passes the ball worse, with PAS 65 against 77. For a back line that wins aerial duels and builds from the back I would pick Pubill; for a physical, tackle-heavy defender I would pick Desailly.
Pick Pubill if you want height, aerial strength and cleaner passing. Pick Desailly if you want raw strength, aggression and Slide Tackle. Both are eligible for Evolutions.
Pubill wins 25 of 38 attributes.
