The best card at every position for your budget, ranked S to C by meta rating.
Scout report
This page ranks the best full-backs (LB, RB, LWB and RWB) in FC 27 Ultimate Team with no coin limit, so Icons and top promo cards are all in play. The list is ordered by meta rating, and Lilian Thuram at 89 RB (Base Icon) sits first, ahead of Nuno Mendes at 89 LB (Destined for Glory).
The top full-backs share a clear profile: average face stats of PAC 91, DEF 84, DRI 84 and PAS 82, so they are quick, tight on the ball and hard to beat one on one. Jockey, Anticipate, Intercept, Quick Step and Relentless are the PlayStyles+ you see most often. For a defensive line, Thuram or Carlos Alberto at RB and Nuno Mendes at LB fit well. If you want a runner who also scores, Federico Valverde at 88 RB and Dominik Szoboszlai at 88 RB are in the top ten.
Pick Thuram or Nuno Mendes if you want the most complete defender, and choose Valverde or Szoboszlai at RB if you want more attacking presence from the flank.
