Scout report
Falseback+ is a defensive role that exists for RB and LB, with a Balanced or Defend focus. It asks for Build-Up Support, Defence Support and Defending, so the fullback tucks in to help the back line while still joining the first phase of play. 633 FC 27 cards carry it at + or ++.
On this page Nuno Mendes (89 LB, Destined for Glory) ranks first by meta rating, followed by Federico Valverde (88 RB, Ultimate Scream) and Pubill (89 CB, Future Stars). Philipp Lahm (89 RB, Base Icon) is the Icon option. Pick a fullback with strong defending numbers if you play deeper, and lean on Build-Up Support if you want a calmer first pass out of defence.
Choose Falseback+ if you want a fullback who protects the centre and helps build from the back rather than overlapping down the wing.
