Best EA FC 27 cards with Long Throw
The best EA FC 27 cards with the Long Throw PlayStyle or Long Throw+, ranked by meta rating, with live prices.
Scout report
Long Throw is a Physical PlayStyle in FC 27 Ultimate Team that makes a player take throw-ins with extra power, so the ball travels a greater distance. FUTZIP lists 475 FC 27 cards that carry it, whether as the plain PlayStyle or as PlayStyle+.
Most of the cards are defenders: RB has 152, LB 121 and CB 114, with LM and RM at 18 each. That makes it a natural fit for a full-back who also takes your throw-ins. The top of the ranking by meta rating is Nuno Mendes 89 LB in both his Destined for Glory and Gold versions, then Giorgio Chiellini 88 CB (Base Icon) and Zé Roberto 87 LM (Base Hero).
Worth looking at if you play through the flanks and want throw-ins to work like a set piece. If you rarely take them, treat it as a bonus rather than a reason to pick a card.
