Scout report
First Touch is a Ball Control PlayStyle that cuts the error when you trap the ball and lets you move into dribbling faster and with more control. In FC 27, 686 cards carry it, either as the plain version or as PlayStyle+.
It rewards players who receive the ball under pressure, so it matters most in attacking positions: ST has 199 cards with it, CAM 128, CM 117, LM 73 and RM 46. At the top of the ranking sit Kylian Mbappé at ST in several versions, Zinedine Zidane and Alexia Putellas at CAM, and Mia Hamm at ST. Pick a striker if you play direct, a CAM if you build through the middle.
Worth prioritising for strikers and attacking midfielders who take the ball with a defender on their back. If you play mostly off one touch, other PlayStyles will matter more.
