Thomas Williams 54

Thomas Williams is a Bronze FC 27 Ultimate Team card with an overall of 54, rated as a Centre Back who can also play Left Back. He plays for Nashville SC in Major League Soccer for the United States. His standout trait is his 191 cm height, which gives him strong physical presence in the air and in the tackle.

He fits best as a Stopper in a back three or back four, where his strength of 74, jumping of 67 and defensive rating of 53 let him win aerial duels and hold his ground. His PlayStyles listed are limited to the Lengthy AcceleRATE type, so he relies on his physical base rather than technical tricks. Watch his weak attacking positioning of 27 and his poor shooting, so do not expect him to contribute going forward.

This card suits players who want a cheap, tall defender for a defensive setup and Evolutions, rather than someone looking for attacking output.
