Only CB cards qualify: Overall max 81, Pace max 84, no more than 7 PlayStyles and no PlayStyles+. Level 1 adds +7 Overall (max 82), Short Pass +12 and Ball Control +12. Level 2 gives the Pinged Pass PlayStyle, Long Pass +14 and Weak Foot +1. Level 3 lifts Vision, Curve, Reactions, Composure and Jumping.
Worth it if you have a CB at 81 or lower and want a defender who can start attacks with his passing. It costs nothing to unlock.
